The company was founded in Ghedi (Lombardie) in 1991 from the idea of Claudio Almici who immediately wanted to produce dry food for dogs and cats able to respect their natural needs food. The love for his territory and for the dogs led him to study the first recipes intended for the creation of balanced foods for pets and to seek out suppliers who shared identical values and respected very strict quality parameters. Nuova Fattoria has used innovative technologies from the very beginning able to keep unchanged in the production process nutritional and organoleptic characteristics of the single raw materials used. This revolutionary choice fell on the use of the production process by selective extrusion where the individual components of the recipes for dogs or cats are treated individually and in a differentiated way according to the typologies. Also, in its food recipes, Nuova Fattoria uses raw material of high quality. Currently the company headquarters is spread over an area of 13,000 sqm. of which 2,000 for production. Almost thirty years of entrepreneurial history, where the Almici family has always known how to reconcile the experience acquired over time with the new and increasingly demanding demands of the market. The company has grown from the real nutritional needs of dogs and cats and from the needs of their owners. The ultimate goal is to offer a product with ideal characteristics to satisfy both the animal and its owner.
