Zoomark is back, in great style. What news do you have in store for visitors to your stand at BolognaFiere?
We have a great deal to offer, especially to our feline customers. Our show-piece is our new range of wet foods, LEONARDO Extra Filet. The six varieties on offer have a particularly high meat content and are enriched with pieces of fillet. Our dry food, LEONARDO Fresh Meat, will also be appreciated by cat lovers, with 85% fresh meat. This range was elected product of the year 2021-22 by specialized retailers in Germany. At the request of many breeders and specialist retailers, we have now also launched LEONARDO Kitten GF, a cereal-free recipe for kittens up to one year old. Dog owners can count on an improved recipe for our BELCANDO dry food for small dogs and puppies: the addition of probiotic cultures to enhance gastrointestinal stability will aid digestion for our four-legged friends, promote healthy stools and reduce odour.

Why do you think is it important to take part in Zoomark? What are your expectations and what are your goals?
For us, Zoomark is one of the most important events for international business being held in Europe in 2023. At Zoomark shows in the past we had the opportunity to welcome many international customers for one-to-one meetings, and we had some interesting discussions with Italian retailers and potential new national and international customers. We hope to be able to do the same at next year's show.

Can you tell me about your vision of the pet market: what are your predictions for the industry from now to Zoomark 2023? What challenges await us in the coming months and what opportunities?
Given the current crises and global challenges, we would prefer to talk about our hopes rather than our vision. We hope that the conflicts and crises currently under way, which will continue to significantly affect our daily lives in the coming months, will calm down, and that concerns about energy supply and costs, supply chain stability and the welfare of people and animals will return to a "normal" level, so that we can experience Zoomark 2023 as it was before the pandemic and the political conflicts and unrest.
