What are your expectations related to your participation in the in-person Zoomark International 2021?
After various "digital" trade shows, it is important to get to know the people behind the phone numbers and email addresses in person.
It is very important for us and our products to be able to see and test the product directly, as 4pets is about products in the field of transport safety. The personal contact with the buyers, whether with existing or new customers, the contact with partners and the presentation of the products and novelties are clearly in the foreground and this is also the great expectation for the only in-person exhibition in 2021.
The petcare industry recorded excellent results in sales in the last year. Do you think this trend will be confirmed in 2021? And what will happen in the years to come?
After a very good 2020, despite Corona, the year 2021 has also already started very successfully. The trend was or is going in the direction of "acquiring a pet", this trend will certainly subside over time. But it is difficult to predict exactly how this trend will develop. On the one hand, the rising trend and, on the other hand, the emerging difficulties in obtaining the necessary raw materials in time and at low cost. In the coming years, there will certainly be a calming of the market, but this will be at a very high level.
