FANTASTIC OFFERS AND HOW TO CREATE THEM
"Fantastic offers and how to create them" is the title of the webinar that Zoomark and Zampotta Pet Business organized on Thursday 27 April.
This appointment – the fourth in the cycle of online seminars promoted by Zoomark to accompany the pet community up to the event – was aimed in particular at pet shops, which have been put to the test by not always favourable circumstances in recent years.
According to petfoodindustry.com, rising prices have triggered a double-digit increase in the cost of pet food in Europe and, on the part of families, a reduction in pet spending and pet adoptions. A complex picture, which many small shops find difficult to interpret.
Yet this could be a good time to start up again, as indicated by the January Istat surveys, which estimate an economic increase in retail sales (+2%) in Italy.
How to get out of this situation? What tools and skills do you need to make your marketing activities more effective and increase sales and customers?
In the webinar, Cristina Mandaglio, Director of Zampotta Pet Business, and Nicola Benincasa, a full-stack marketer and specialist in sales techniques, answered these and other questions with concrete examples of problems and solutions, pointing out which actions are most risky for a shop's tills, suggesting how to structure offers – the choice is among no less than 35 different models – and how to measure them, how to create an effective sales strategy, and much more.
The webinar is an anticipation of the meeting that, on the same theme, will be held in person at Zoomark on 15 May, from 2.30 to 4 p.m., in the Sala Melodia at BolognaFiere (Services Centre, Block B).
