Our products are obtained by air-classification, a dry process technology that is environmentally friendly, sustainable and preserves the high nutritional and functional quality of the peas.

The production process uses no water or chemicals and has low energy consumption.

AMN is certified according to EN-EN ISO 9001:2015, GMP+ B1. We are certified organic producer and follow HACCP regulations. AMN successfully completed the final audit for FSSC 22000 certification. FCCS certifies the food safety system and is a GFSI approved standard.
