Zoomark is back, in great style. What news do you have in store for visitors to your stand at BolognaFiere?
We are excited to go back to Zoomark after the pandemic, as we can't wait to showcase the new products we have been working on during the last two years, and for all our current and prospective customers to experience them in person. Shaking hands in person will always be better than communicating virtually: it’s essential not to lose the human touch.
Why do you think it is important to take part in Zoomark? What are your expectations and what are your goals?
Europe is a key market for KIT CAT as we are looking to enter more European countries after conquering the Asian market. We would like to bring our “meow-vellous” products to more cats in the old continent. Our current Spanish distributors are working very hard, and we want to have a KIT CAT stand in Zoomark to support them in the European market.
Can you tell us about your vision of the pet market: what are your predictions for the industry from now to Zoomark 2023? What challenges await us in the coming months and what opportunities?
One trend is for younger, more educated pet owners. We expect to see more and more young families having a pet in their home and they will therefore be very demanding about the quality and standard of the food and treats they give their pets. Pets are no longer being given leftover food, as they were in the past. KIT CAT has the same mentality, which is why we are dedicated to ensuring cats’ well-being by carefully selecting the right ingredients for our products. After all, felines deserve to live long and pawspurrous lives!
