If you wish to exhibit at Zoomark 2025 you need to complete the specific application form, accept the general conditions of participation and pay the required deposit. You will then receive your booth proposal, which you will have to sign and send back for approval. Booth allocations will follow the first come first served rule. Via the exhibitor portal you will have the chance to profit from a range of useful tools: company description for the show guide (direct exhibitor, possible co-exhibitors and/or represented companies), invoices folder, banners and other dedicated graphic material for promotional use, description of the new products and registration at Pet Vision, order for additional services, technical forms, 200 free entrance codes for visitors, exhibitor badges, car parking pass.

The marketing package includes 200 free entrance tickets you can distribute to your customers. If you need further tickets, you can purchase them directly in the show e-commerce platform.

Yes, you can deliver your press kits to the Press Lounge on the day before the show – 4 May 2025 (exact address and time will be communicated at due time). They will be made available to the journalists and bloggers attending the show.

Meeting rooms are available for the exhibitors only. A range of rooms is available, in different sizes and for a few hours or entire days. You can ask for a quotation by writing to exhibitor@zoomark.it or completing the form in the show e-commerce platform.

Yes. If you are planning an event dedicated to a selected target, you can simply hire the room by getting in touch with the organisers (exhibitor@zoomark.it). If the event will be devoted to the show attendees in general, besides hiring the room you will have to agree the topic and date with the show communication team.

Special rates will soon be available for your stay in Bologna and train journey. The conditions and availability will be published in January 2024 in the dedicated website section.

Immediate sales are not allowed at Zoomark International.

Pets are not allowed at the show; they cannot be displayed or used for special demonstrations unless authorized. Authorizations must be requested at least 60 days before the show.

Each exhibiting company has the chance to create one page in this website to introduce itself and one per each company it represents; the page can contain texts, pictures and logos. The profiles are uploaded immediately after creation and visible via the exhibitors list and the search engine of the website.

Zoomark International is strictly a trade show. Non-trade visitors are not admitted.
