We steam all our products with a gentle thermal treatment that is essential to provide digestibility, palatability and preserve the ingredients’ nutritional characteristics.

Italian origin

Within the Lombard Natural Park of the Ticino Valley, being blessed by the Po river, our area grants us the possibility to source many raw materials locally, such as peas and potatoes, controlling all the supply chain.
