I remember 2004 well. After traveling the world for thirty years studying and experimenting in the food sector, I felt a very strong pull towards my roots, towards Puglia. I had a dream in my head: to bring home, amidst these olive trees and this sun, everything I had learned. And so, partly out of passion, partly out of challenge, Dagel Mangimi was born.

At the beginning I was alone, but soon my boys, Vincenzo and Giammatteo, decided to get involved by my side. With their energy and my experience, we built this reality brick by brick. And what a reality!

Dagel grew quickly, becoming a point of reference in the Italian pet food world. Today, with Francesca, the youngest of the house, who brought us a breath of fresh air and her skills in animal nutrition, we are writing a new chapter in this story. We want to offer our four-legged friends the best, healthy and tasty food. When they ask me why I do all this, I answer that it's simple: I love animals and I believe they deserve the best. And then, there's the satisfaction of having created something of my own, something that represents me. Dagel is my creature, my extended family.
