It all began in 1984: together with a vet, a dog breeder and manager of a dog pension, Markus-Mühle developed a high-quality complete food for all dogs - the first of its kind.
This successful project laid the foundation for today's world-famous products.

The gentle production method of cold pressing and recipes based on natural prey are decisive for good tolerance and make the different types of food to something very special:

- important nutrients and secondary plant substances are largely preserved during processing

- the size of the pellets covers the dog's chewing requirements and thus stimulate the release of digestive enzymes

- no chemical attractants, colorants or preservatives are used during production
