Hermos Pet Food, which started its operations in February 2017 as the first dry food factory designed according to human food production standards for cats and dogs, is a modern dry food production facility equipped with the latest technology. Our factory is built on an area of 13,500 m² and, with its 7 tons/hour and 12 tons/hour twin-shaft extruders, it has an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons, making it the first of its kind in the pet industry in Turkey.

The raw materials used in our products are delivered to our kitchen in their freshest form, without breaking the cold chain and food chain, from our certified and approved suppliers. Our kitchen, designed according to human food production criteria, holds certifications in Quality Management System ISO 9001, Environmental Management System ISO 14001, Quality and Hygiene Production System ISO 22000, Food Safety Management System, and Good Agricultural Practices (GMP). It is also the only dry food production facility with a BRC certification for Quality and Hygiene Production System.

In addition, our production process includes the innovative Fresh Meat Injection System (FMIS), which is a first in Turkey, and the coating process is done with double vacuum technology, ensuring no direct contact.

We also provide fully automated warehouses for storage and shipping, ensuring that the storage, regular monitoring, and shipping of products are carried out in a faster, safer, and more efficient manner.

Since 2017, we have been producing dry food with Turkey’s most modern technologies. Guided by the philosophy "We would not feed our pets what we wouldn't eat ourselves," we continue our journey with the largest and most modern wet food production facility in Turkey. Over the past two years, we have been conducting R&D work in Turkey, Italy, and Denmark to create delicious and nutritious recipes. As a result of these efforts, in December 2021, we laid the foundations of the largest industrial capacity wet food production facility in Turkey. In June 2023, our facility started operations, producing tasty and nutritious wet foods for our pets with advanced processes and cooking technologies, which are being used for the first time in Turkey.

We are dedicated to working tirelessly to produce high-quality and tasty food in our own kitchen to ensure that our pets live long, healthy, and happy lives. The installed capacity of our facility is 50,000 tons per year. This facility is currently the largest and highest technology wet food production facility in Turkey in terms of industrial capacity and is the first and only facility fully established with domestic capital.
