Wanzl GmbH, a world leader in retail equipment, opened its Italian branch in 2001. Initially, Montichiari in the province of Brescia was chosen as the location. In 2005, Wanzl Italia moved to a new purpose-built facility in Travagliato.

The new branch, more comfortable and innovative, has spaces designated for various offices for the sales staff, accounting, technical office, order management office, and showroom. The larger and more functional new facility allows for the commercialization of equipment related to all business units:
