Aqua-ki premium presents a unique range of INSECT SUPERFOOD aquarium feed. The recipes are exclusively grain free and fish meal free but are based on sustainable and renewable resources. Fishmeal used in fish feed is a product of global fishing, which has reached unbearable levels in recent years. Industrial fishing and man-made farms have a huge impact on the environment in terms of pollution, damage to natural aquatic ecosystems, the spread of parasites and diseases and the gradual extinction of various fish species. That is why we are looking for alternative sustainable sources and trying to help the fight against the destruction of marine ecosystems. One of these sustainable sources is insect meal which is used in this range as the main ingredient. Insects are a natural source of food for fish and are a great source of proteins and minerals. Insects support the function of the immune system and the intestinal microflora. This means that it helps the growth of good bacteria in the digestive system. In addition, unique plant extracts and superfoods (such as carob beans, spirulina, seaweed kelp, garlic, turmeric, beet root, etc…) are added.
