Handtmann VF838 + fs510

The FS 510 system is particularly suitable for the multi-lane production of formed products made in the most diverse cuts and output materials. On 6 to 24 lanes, elongated, flat, cylindrical, disc-shaped, cube-shaped, rectangular, star-shaped and many other product shapes are possible, with product diameters up to 80 mm and product lengths from 20 mm. This is highly productive moulding of varieties on an industrial scale! Oblong products, which retain their shape and are without casing, can be produced on grids and trays or run on a conveyor belt and then transferred to downstream systems at further processing stations. Separation can be by blade or wire. The FS 510 can therefore be flexibly adapted to different production parameters in combination with a machine from the VF800 line.
