What are your main goals and expectations for participating in this edition of the trade show?

“Our main goals for participating in Zoomark are to enhance brand visibility, establish new business relationships, and showcase our latest products and innovations. We aim to engage with potential clients, industry leaders, and partners to explore new market opportunities and strengthen our position in the industry. Additionally, we want to assist our partner in KIT CAT Europe Hub in establishing the brand and expanding its presence in the European market.”

Could you briefly share your company’s history and what sets you apart in the pet industry?

“As a family business, we founded Kit Cat in 2014 and have since expanded to over 40 countries within just 10 years. What sets us apart in the pet industry is our innovative and attractive packaging, including our distinctive cat-shaped design, which makes our brand instantly recognizable among competitors. Beyond aesthetics, we prioritize product quality, ensuring that our offerings provide exceptional value for money. This commitment to both quality and affordability has earned us a strong reputation among pet owners worldwide.”

What core values drive your business, and how are these reflected in your products/services?

“Our core values are rooted in quality, transparency, and integrity. As a Singaporean brand, we understand the importance of strict food safety standards and uphold these principles in every aspect of our business. We place a strong emphasis on product quality and transparency, ensuring that only the finest ingredients are used in our products. We are committed to never compromising on quality by using inferior ingredients, as we take pride in maintaining Singapore’s reputation for high safety and quality standards. This dedication is reflected in our products, providing pet owners with trusted, high-quality options that align with our brand’s values.”

Have you introduced any new solutions or innovations for 2024? What needs do they address or what problems do they aim to solve?

“After extensive research, we have launched a value-for-money supplement gel for cats in 2024. This innovation addresses a key challenge faced by pet owners—the high cost of supplements, which often discourages them from purchasing essential health products for their cats. By reducing the cost without compromising on quality, we have made it more accessible for consumers to provide their pets with the necessary nutritional support. Our goal is to ensure that more cats around the world can benefit from high-quality supplements at an affordable price, improving their overall well-being.”

What strategic partnerships or collaborations could contribute to your growth in the coming years?

“We will continue to support our partner in Europe to drive mutual growth in the European region. Given the ease of cross-border selling within the European market, it is strategically beneficial for us to collaborate closely with our exclusive partner in Spain. This partnership allows us to establish better price control across Europe, ensuring consistency in market positioning while maintaining product value. By strengthening these relationships, we aim to enhance our brand presence, optimize distribution, and create sustainable long-term growth in the European market.”
