Our leadership, entrusted to Dan, Davide, Linda, and Monica Franco, blends vision with family tradition, ensuring continuity and growth. We are also distinguished by our commitment to gender equality, officially certified, and by a pet-friendly and inclusive working environment. Operating in 32 countries, we continue to expand in key markets such as Spain and the private label sector, reaffirming our dedication to internationalisation and animal well-being.”

Are you adopting new technologies to improve your production processes or customer relations?

“Yes, we are decisively investing in adopting new technologies to optimise processes and enhance the customer experience. In recent years, we have updated our logistics with a new warehouse management system that enables us to process orders more quickly and efficiently. Additionally, our field agents are equipped with an app that allows them to check product availability in real time and track order status. On top of this, our constantly updated B2B e-commerce site provides retailers with an independent, straightforward, and fast purchasing experience, offering complete access to our available range and all the latest product launches.”

What are the main foreign markets you are targeting for 2025, and what strategies are you employing to access them?

“Present in 32 countries through local distributors, Rinaldo Franco S.p.A. launched a new strategic project at the beginning of 2025 to strengthen its presence in the Spanish market. The company now relies on a network of five local distributors operating exclusively for the Record brand, ensuring comprehensive territorial coverage. As a testament to this expansion, the company participated for the first time in the Iberzoo Propet trade fair in Madrid, receiving excellent feedback and acquiring new business contacts.”

What are your expectations and main goals for participating in this edition of the trade fair?

“Participating in this edition of the fair is an important opportunity for us to strengthen our brand presence, consolidate relationships with long-standing partners, and create new business connections, both in Italy and abroad. We aim to gather valuable market feedback and showcase our latest product innovations. Our goal is to continue growing by expanding our distribution network and capturing new opportunities in the private label sector and the strategic markets where we already operate.”
